With your criteria in mind, I’ll help you identify the homes that best fit what you’re looking for and keep a close eye out for new listings that hit the market. This saves you from exhaustively attending one open house after another only to find that most aren’t a good fit.

When we’ve found the right property, I’ll help you craft a strong offer and negotiate the best possible terms. Finally, I will help you coordinate inspections, moving logistics, and rent back if necessary, to ensure that this transition is as smooth and painless as possible.
